A bit about why I have set up this blog

I am not a scholar or a “Sheikha”, I don’t do no fatwas or know my fiqh. I am just me – a person trying to make sense of this thing we call Life. I write from the Heart and speak from the Soul.

After recently going through some personal tragedy of my own, I feel it a source of comfort that putting my reflections down may do some good – firstly for myself – and hopefully for others.

As I go along this journey, I will try to put my thoughts and reflections down in Ramadan and other normal days.
