Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop 

Makes approx: 15 to 20 lollipops 

INGREDIENTS: 

– ½ kg Chicken breast – 1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste

– 1 medium onion

– 1 teaspoon roasted Cumin (Jeera) – 1 teaspoon Coriander (danya) seed

– ½ teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoo Gharam Masala

– 1 slice of bread – 1 tablespoon oil

– Handful of coriander (danya) & mint (Puthina)

– 1 green chilli (can put more if you like spicier)

– Red chilli powder to taste

– Salt to taste

METHOD:

All above ingredients – chop it finely in an electric chopper or food processor.

Now to make the lollipops:

Take the mixture and divide into 15 to 20 balls.

Now make these balls into seekh kebab shapes.

In each kebab, place a toothpick / cocktail stick into it (now it looks like a lollipop!)

Shallow fry and serve.

Enjoy with some mint chutney!

Handy Tip: Do not choke on toothpick – be careful with children!
